The Materials
The toilet seats are realized in different materials, all rigorously selected and processed with the best manufacturing techniques, to achieve comfort, design and reliability that allow Mamo to become reference point on the market.
The processing of the poured polyester resin toilet seat stands out: its core is in poplar chipboard, its main features are lightness and compactness that, together with the total absence of foreign bodies such as metal or plastic, due to the rigorous selection of raw materials coming exclusively from renewable sources, give the material more reliability, flexibility and lastingness.
The materials for the hinges
I use hinges in pressure die-casted brass and zamak, with chromate, bronzed or golden finishing, for my polyester models, while for the thermosetting ones, I choose between nylon or steel hinges.
